Cutlery Sets
Lifetime Warranty:
Each piece of fine quality stainless steel cutlery(only silver color) is warranted against original defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years from date of the original purchase. If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return the piece with proof of purchase to us.
Venetto Design will, at its option, replace the affected piece (not the complete set) at no charge. A similar piece will be used for replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to use proper care in accordance with the instructions provided.

Dinnerware and Coated Cutlery
2 Year No-Chip Warranty:
The dinner plate, salad plate, bowl, mug and coated(colored) cutlery of Venetto Design are warranted against edge/color chipping for 2 years from date of the original purchase.
If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return the piece with proof of purchase to us.
Venetto Design will, at its option, replace the affected piece (not the complete set) at no charge. A similar piece will be used for replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to use proper care in accordance with the instructions provided.

Duvet Covers and Comforters
2 Year Warranty:
The duvet covers, comforters, pillows and quilts of Venetto Design are warranted against balls, pulls, rips, or frays for 2 years from date of the original purchase.
If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return the piece with proof of purchase to us.
Venetto Design will, at its option, replace the affected piece (not the complete set) at no charge. A similar piece will be used for replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
