The set was stunning but unfortunately had a couple faded spots. The company was fantastic and will be sending a replacement duvet cover. The set is absolutely stunning and I can not wait for the replacement cover.

Damaged Item Still Not Replaced

Whilst the overall quality and aesthetic are good, it was disappointing to receive a pillowcase with a broken zip. I have followed up multiple times with customer service and 3 weeks later still no news of a replacement. It is unfortunate that a company so heavily invested in a positive social media presence cannot support this with good customer service. Whilst I appreciate that I receive replies to my emails, the lack of action is disappointing.

It's a great duvet cover. The colors are vibrant and the quality of the duvet cover is superb. So far it has no stains, and I am washing it once a week.
