✈ Most of our products are made on demand. As a result, our shipping and processing times are a bit longer than what you may be used to.

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. (Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday sales event, we are currently experiencing some delays in shipping orders. However, we are making every effort to ship out all orders within a maximum of 10 business days from the order date and deliver all orders placed between 24/11/2023 and 05/12/2023 before Christmas. We apologize for any inconvenience!) Some products(chandeliers, lamps, rugs) are processed in 12-21 days. Please check the product description for this detail.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US, EU, UK, CA, CH, NOR orders typically take 7-12 business days.

International orders typically take 10-20 business days.

2023 HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

We are offering an extended return policy this holiday season. Any order placed between November 1, 2023 - December 24, 2023 can be returned until January 31, 2024.
