Price Adjustment Policy

  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, which can include the original purchase receipt or order confirmation email, to be eligible for a price adjustment.
  • Item Condition: The item must be exactly the same as the one purchased, including the size, color, and style, and must currently be in-stock in the same size and color at the time of the price adjustment request.
  • Exclusions: This policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party vendors, during final sale periods, or on items that are part of a special promotion or flash sale.

Process for Requesting a Price Adjustment

  • Notification: Customers who believe they are eligible for a price adjustment should contact Venetto Design’s customer support team within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.
  • Contact Information: Please reach out to us via our support email at support@venettodesign.com. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and evidence of the price difference in your email.
  • Review Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will review the eligibility of your purchase for a price adjustment. This process includes verifying the date of purchase, the sale price, and the item’s availability.
  • Refund Process: If your request is approved, Venetto Design will refund the difference in price to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
