✈ Most of our products are made on demand. As a result, our shipping and processing times are a bit longer than what you may be used to.

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. Some products(chandeliers, lamps) are processed in 12-15 days. Please check the product description for this detail.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US, EU, UK, CA, CH, NOR orders typically take 7-12 business days.

International orders typically take 10-20 business days.

We are offering an extended return policy this holiday season. Any order placed between November 1, 2022 - December 24, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023.
