SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and shipping options. Standard shipping is FREE for the majority of countries.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Check the full list of countries here.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3–7 business days for bedding and dinnerware processing, and 12–21 business days for rugs and lighting. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Once shipped, please allow 4–9 business days for delivery to the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia, or 11–20 business days for other international destinations.

 

Please note: While we strive for speed, external factors such as customs processing or global logistics disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. To check the shipping status, visit our Tracking Page and enter your tracking number, or use your order number and email address.

CAN I CHOOSE ANOTHER CARRIER?

When you place your order at Venettodesign.com, you can select between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping options via DHL and FedEx. For certain regions, only Express Shipping is currently available.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

Please note that the tracking details typically appear within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you don’t see any updates after 24 hours, please check back shortly or contact our Support Team.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS NOT UPDATING?

Shipments can occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs. If your tracking status remains unchanged for several days, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

HELP! THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT!

If there is an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please ensure you include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have received from the carrier.

SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ARE MISSING/DAMAGED!

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Regrettably, we cannot accept claims made after this 3-day window.

I AM FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM CHARGES?

We currently offer duty-free shipping for all orders delivered within the European Union. For further details, please click here.

I AM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

All orders from outside the European Union are shipped internationally and may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are assessed and collected by your local customs officials and are beyond our control. As an importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country. HOW MUCH WILL CUSTOMS CHARGES BE FOR MY COUNTRY?

Because customs officials assess charges individually upon import, we cannot provide an exact estimate. Fees vary significantly based on location and order value. We recommend contacting your local customs office for a more accurate estimate of the potential costs for your order.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also support PayPal and T/T (Bank) transfers.

WHAT CURRENCY IS DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE?

As we are based in Luxembourg, our primary store currency is Euro (€). For your convenience, our system automatically converts prices to your local currency based on current market rates. Please note that while you can browse in your local currency, the final checkout will be processed in Euro. Because exchange rates fluctuate, you may see slight variations in your local currency price, but the total amount remains fixed in Euro.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply browse our collection and click "Add to Cart" on the items you love. When you are ready, proceed to "Check Out" to enter your shipping and billing details. Once confirmed, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep—it is that easy!

I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER!

We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. If you need to update your details or items, please contact us at support@venettodesign.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make any modifications.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Venetto Design offers a 30-day return policy for all orders placed through venettodesign.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return instructions and refund processing. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

We are pleased to offer free returns for customers located in the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. For customers in all other countries, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
