It is our goal to ensure you enjoy shopping with us.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of receipt.
We will not be able to accept requests for returns if after 30 days.
FREE RETURN FOR THE EU AND THE US
Currently, we offer free local returns for the EU and US customers. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will provide you a prepaid return label.
RETURN FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
Buyers from other countries are responsible for their return shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the local returns in the European Union, please contact us and we will provide the address of the closest warehouse to you.
