Good product poor service

I bought this beautiful collection however it did not arrive as advertised with the two large shams as shown. When I reached out to say I did receive 6 pillowcases but not as advertised i received no response. I also then said I would pay for them - still no response. It’s a shame as I would have bought more products but I’m worried I won’t receive what is shown in images and then they don’t respond.
