I love this pan! Cleaning it is a breeze, and the claim of being 'non-stick' holds true. I pan-fried a couple pieces of fish and once it was done, I was able to slide it right out of the pan and into the plate. The surface of the pan is so smooth! And it's a nice looking pan too. A++++ I'm glad I made this purchase and I do recommend.
So far, so good! I have an inherent distrust of non-stick skillets and prefer to use cast iron for most cooking. I do hate the plastic utensils one has to use with this type pan...but the advertising got me and I had to try a "copper" pan. We have been using it for omelets and some eggs. It works great right now. I ordered two 2-packs, with three for gifts along with the one I am keeping. I hope it lasts, but am skeptical...
Overall this pan does what it supposed to do. Cooked/baked without any oil or butter and the food didn't stick. With this pan I didn't have to bake oil into before use like the others. I received it and started cooking with it.
Been using this for a while, and still looks perfect. Nothing sticks!
